    Year-round employees accrue sick leave based on longevity

  • Group Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Plans
    Absaroka, Inc. offers 3 different medical plans as well as dental and vision plans. The agency pays a portion of the employee premium.

  • Health Reimbursement Account
    This benefit is provided for employees that are already covered with group health insurance that meets the Obamacare requirements. The agency will contribute to this fund while the employee is actively working.

  • Tuition Assistance
    Teachers are eligible for education reimbursement towards their degree in Early Childhood Education. Teacher Aides can obtain their Child Development Credential for free while employed with our program!

  • Other Voluntary Benefits
    Employees may choose to purchase supplemental insurance coverage through AFLAC and have the premiums deducted through Absaroka payroll. Employees can also choose to have funds deducted through payroll for tax sheltered annuities.
