The Buffalo Head Start center offers full-day services in a single blended classroom setting for 3 and 4 year old’s.

Center Hours: 8:15am-3:30pm
Monday through Thursday
(serving breakfast, lunch and a PM snack)

 

A large play structure and poured-in place fall surfacing was installed in the Summer of 2021. An enormous shade structure was added in 2023!

Miss Anne

• Bachelor of Science w/ major in elementary education

• Been teaching for 6 years.

• Jefferyanne has 2 boys, ages 3 and 7. One of them attended Buffalo Head Start

Why do you teach at Head Start?

Children are so curious about the world, and they are always excited to learn something new. I enjoy building relationships with them and teaching them new skills that they can use to be successful when they move on to the next step.

Children learn and grow at such a rapid pace, everyday is a new adventure!

Favorite Hobbies

• “My children are my life.”

• Anything outdoors, including hiking and horseback riding, mountains, reading.

• Anything to do with water.

A little about you

• Adopted at 3 years old, after being in foster care for a year.

• Married for 5 years and lived in Buffalo for 3 years.

• First person in family to obtain a degree.

• Taught Elementary and Junior High in Montana for 5 years
